Cool Cut (Day-of Package)
A Diamond Celebration will manage your entire wedding day so that you may enjoy your Special Day. You have put in all that hard work and now it’s time to sit back and be beautiful. Package includes:
- Meet four to six weeks prior to your wedding date to go over all of the wedding details of your Special Day, so as to create a detailed timeline
- Create a customized timeline to distribute to bride and groom and all vendors, prior to the wedding day
- Serve as a liaison to all vendors confirming times and contracted services.
- Conduct your ceremony rehearsal
- Coordinate the day of and stay until reception has concluded
- Pack up personal items and gifts and ensure they are placed in a designated place
- Serve as personal assistant to Bride and Groom
- Oversee set-up of both the ceremony and reception sites
- Place reserved signs for family seating at ceremony
- Serve as the contact person for vendors throughout the day
- Be responsible for the setting up of wedding details not already handled by a specific vendor (programs, guest book, escort cards, menus, photos, favors, etc.)
- Handle any onsite problems
- Make sure the event is running smoothly and follows the timelines
- Be responsible for cueing bridal party for ceremony and reception grand entrance
- Distribute vendor payments and gratuities

A Diamond Celebration helps you get started in all the right directions for the different facets of your precious day. This package is designed for the bride who wants and needs a little more assistance. We then reunite to wrap up all the details and manage your day.

Carats Galore (Full Service)
A Diamond Celebration will take you through every step of the way. Your wedding is more precious than a diamond and deserves to be creatively designed and elegantly detailed.
- Meet with Bride and Groom to determine vision, budget, and to discover your personality and style
- Develop theme and color scheme
- Schedule and attend appointments at various venues that fit your style and budget
- Assist with save the date, invitations and favors
- Look over and approve all contracts
- Keep you on track with timely task lists
- Advise on bridal salons and tuxedo shops
- Handle transportation reservations
